Of Union City, OH, formerly of Jackson, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at the age of 41. He is survived by his wife, Linda (Cole) Badertscher; four children, Joshua (Diane) Mitchell, Travis Mitchell; Joey Mitchell all of Union City, OH, and Jeremy (Mandy) Smith of Greenville, OH; two grandchildren, Joshua and Jackson; mother, Nancy Parker; siblings, Samantha (Chaim) Belfeld, Pauline Bertke and Cynthia as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Q. Cucuro. Nick attended Grass Lake High School and in 2000 he moved will his family to Ohio. He was a hardworking, family man. He took much pride in his employment as an operator at Frank Miller Lumber with twelve years of loyal service. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 10:00AM. A visitation will be on Friday evening from 4 to 8PM. Interment will take place at Maxon Cemetery.
