Of Jackson, MI passed away on June 7, 2014 at the age of 85. Paul was born on February 18, 1929 to Lloyd and Mildred Squires in Jackson, Michigan. He worked for Acme Industries as a skilled tradesman for 33 years. Paul was a member of Trinity Wesleyan Church for many years. He went on to minister at many of the nursing homes in the Jackson area and at the state prison on Copper Street; Paul loved the Lord!!! He enjoyed wood working - making things for his family and friends to enjoy. He was musically inclined playing many different instruments; he even headed up a gospel band. He is survived by his children: Paula (Cleve) Adkins, Janet (Eddie) Sikes, and Ronald (Terri) Squires; grandchildren: Chris Adkins, Chad Adkins, Bobby Radziewicz, and Michelle Squires; several great grandchildren; siblings: Pauline Nelson and Lillian Jankowski. Cremation has been chosen and a celebration of Paul’s life will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 1:30 pm at the funeral home, with visitation from 12:30 pm until time of service.
