Of Jackson passed September 22, 2012 age 57. Survived by 2 children Leslie Uphaus of Chicago, Austin Uphaus of Mason, his mother Dora Barnum of Arkansas and his former wife Jane Uphaus. Preceded in death by his father Raymond H. Nagel and his grandparents. He retired from the University of Michigan Medical Center as a respiratory therapy technician in 2007. Per his wishes cremation has taken place and the family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday October 19, 2012 from 4-6 P.M.
