Of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the age of 71. He is survived by his wife, Sharon; children, “Jr.”, Michelle (Mark) Smith, Angel (Joe) Laskey, Kimberly (Larry) Smith, Tim (Sis) Tiffany, Vicky Wilson, Kenneth (Laurie) Wilson; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many loving family members and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Ashley Adrus and his twin sister, Ruth. After graduating high school, Skip proudly served in The United States Marine Corps. during Vietnam. He was extremely proud of his military heritage. He retired from Kelsey-Hayes and was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and a service honoring him will be held at a later date.
