Pa, it is nearly three months since you left me and I still have such a big hole in my heart.  I'm doing my best to fill it with Davey, Kiddo and Grace.  But, you had so much of my heart I don't know if the ache will ever go away.  Sister is having a hard time and I'm doing my best to be strong for her.  I keep praying for guidance to push on and find a new purpose.  Probably you are so happy  and I want to feel joy for that.    Everyone tells me that it gets easier , so I will keep trying.  I'm taking good care of your kitty and poochie and they miss you, too.   I just wanted to tell you I love you, miss you terrible  and hope you are at peace, because I know you didn't want to leave.  Hug Mommy for me, give all my pets some sugar and love to my Grannues and Gramoaws.

Ivan was a very special person. He will be missed and never forgotten. We always enjoyed being with him. Our prayers are with the family.

Ivan was not only a wonderful person, but he was always known as "Grandpa Ivan" to my daughter Katie Meates. He loved NASCAR and we would talk alot about our favorite (and not so favorite) drivers.
