

She was born in Lake City, FL on 10/13/1931 to Audrey R. and Eula Mae Powers.
Audrey Lavan graduated from Baker County High School in 1949. She was married to Richard Edward Collins on 12/23/1950. Audrey had a career in Real Estate for several years and was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and GG. She held offices in the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Junior Women’s Club.
She was an incredibly witty and creative individual with a passion for her family, pets, and friends. She was a deeply spiritual person who was a tremendous blessing to all who had the privilege of knowing her. We will cherish her memory until we see her again.
She is survived by her children, Richard Collins Jr. (Patty), Sherry Sands (Mike), Penny Forsyth (Scott), Candace Fuller (Bryant), Grandchildren: Michael Sands (Heather), Nathan Forsyth, Bethany Senterfitt (Brandon), Asher Forsyth, Hope Fuller, Rachel Fuller, Lauren Fuller, Bryce Fuller. Great-Grandchildren: Weston Sands and Haylee Sands
Her wishes for a private ceremony with immediate family only is being honored. Arrangements are under the direction of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL.
