I am so saddened to here of yet another passing of a childhood family member that I grew up with in Miami Gardens. To Joyce- no words could convey any measurable solace. To Cindys children,  your mother was a childhood friend of mine. I will never forget the summer my mom took myself, Cindy and another friend to California. To this day, I can close my eyes and hear Cindy laughing , see her smile and although it has been 35 or more years -love remains. Peace.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Cindy.  She was such a wonderful, caring person.  Although we didn't see each other often, I knew I could always find her and catch up at the church carnival.  Alec, Natalie, and Sara-always remember how much your Mom loved you.  I just spoke to her a few weeks ago and she expressed how proud she was of each one of you.  I know she will be looking down, watching over you.  You all are in our thoughts and prayers.

June and I were there with you from the very beginning. Your mom loved and cherished you. We have been sitting together remembering so many times we were all together over the years. Cindy, we met like 25 years ago and instantly connected! I can't say that I find that with many but we were like an extension of each others thoughts...we just needed to look at one another and we knew what the other was thinking... Laughing almost non stop. That was such a special bond! You were always loyal, always giving, always fun, always there; you were so smart and someone that I admired. It is tragic that you had to suffer as you did. When you loved, you loved fully, putting others before yourself! I'm so sorry I didnt talk with you more, make more time for you and somehow be there for you when you needed it most! I know you didn't want to impose, and maybe that was one of your only faults! You've made me want to become a better friend and person! You've done much good in your life and Alex, Natalie and Sara are your best achievement. There are many of your friends and family that will be looking out for them with your guidance ofcourse! Love you Big girl... Your life meant so much?

Cindi was a dear friend since we met in college in 1978. We shared a lot of happy times together and watched our children grow from babies to beautiful young adults. Even when we were far away we still kept up with each other on our lives. We shared, we cried and we spoke proudly of our children. Alex, Natalie and Sara, I am so very saddened to hear about the loss of your mother. She loved all of you so much. You were her life. She had so much energy and loved to have fun. Please put a smile on your face when you think of her and wipe away the tears. She will always smile down upon you snd she will always be there for you in your heart. Just keep her there. My heartfelt sympathy to all her family and to all of us that loved her so.

Cindy was my friend, my teacher, my second Mom, my boss, my therapist. She change the course of my life for the better. I have never met anyone like her. Cindy was one of a kind. You are missed.

Cindy... Anna and I were hit hard with the news of your passing.  It's been almost 20 years since our paths crossed as I sat waiting for a job interview.  My path might have been quite different were it not for you.  Your hearty laugh and jovial disposition helped me to relax and feel welcome, part of the family.  Through the years I knew I could always count on you to put a smile on my face, no matter what I was facing at the time.  You will be sorely missed.

I pray the Lord would bring comfort to all of your loved ones, and start the healing process as only He can.

For Alec, Sara & Natalie... your mom's love for you will always burn bright and strong. When you need her, she will be there for you in spirit, guiding you, nagging you :) and lifting you up. Keep her close in your heart and be comforted.

There are no words to express my sympathy to Cindy's children, family and friends. I too believe that Cindy is now in a better place, sitting beside her beloved sister and all those who have gone on before her. I hope that Sara, Natalie and Alec know how very much Cindy loved them. May all the hopes and dreams that she had for their future come true in her memory.

Cindy i want to thank you for always treating me like family since the day i met you. You were like a second mother to me. I know you are at peace and with ones that you love in heaven. The love that i feel for you will always be kept in a special place in my heart. You were truly a wonderful mother and friend. I promise to always be there for sarah and Natalie as a person they can count on. You will be missed dearly ,but i am happy to know you are safe with God.

Our hearts and minds are with you guys now during your time of mourning. Cindy wil be dearly missed. IT seems like only yeserday we were together with the girls.

No words can describe the feeling of loss that has overcome me and the rest of our family. We will always love and miss you dearly and to myself and my brothers and sisters you will always be our beloved "uncle" Cindy. I'm so unbelievably happy that you're now with Meema and am sure that y'all are thrilled to be together again as well. I miss both of you and love you both and always will.

Growing up, my Aunt Cindy was at my house every single day, and every weekend. You were my Mom's best friend. We would stay up on Saturday watching Saturday Night Live, eating chicken nachos. My Mom would let me stay up because you see, the three of us were more like sisters. There were so many fun times together. Cruising to the beach late at night with Fleetwood Mac blaring on the radio. I've lost count on how many people we've flashed in south florida, Cocoa beach and here in Jax. I loved our "talks" on the truth bench. Just like my mom, she was a great listener.

She is now with my mom, my uncle Brad, my Grandad & Grandma and her dog Jasper.

hey mom it`s nat :) I can`t believe that it was just a few weeks ago that I called you on the phone to talk to you, and now you are gone.
although me and sara and alec and the rest of the family are all hurting in our own ways right now, it is comforting to know that you are in a better place and that you and Karen are reunited again. I know how happy that must have made you to see your sister again since it made you completely heartbroken when we all lost her.
please watch over us and everything we do. I strive to be just like you everyday of my life <3

Cindy - I can't believe I'm writing this so soon after Karen left us, but there is some comfort, no matter how slight, in knowing you are now with your sister.  Since the two of you were always so close, I can only imagine the smile on her face when you joined her.  But her gain is a loss beyond comprehension for those of us who remain.  Your love, light and laughter made this world that can be so dark at times, just a little brighter.  Watch over us and rest peacefully...may we hear your laughter from time to time and find some comfort in the brief time we were blessed with you in our lives.  Love and miss you Aunt Cindy.
