Inez P. Collins, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 81. She was born in Roanoke, Virginia on March 17, 1944 to the late Ruby and Harvey Poff. Inez graduated from Andrew Lewis High School in Roanoke. She worked in Healthcare Management for Beaches Internal Medicine , in Jacksonville Beach until her retirement.
Inez was a member of The Church of Eleven22, Arlington Campus; and had a real passion for shopping!
Inez is survived by her son, Nicholas "Nick" Jordan.
Grandchildren: Kari (Christian Reis) Collins and Kami (Almir) Hamza.
Great-Grandchildren: Kayley Collins, Edison Hamza, Allison Hamza, and Julee Hamza, Christian Reis, Jr., and Scottie Patton.
Sister: Arlene F. Gourgues.
Visitation will be held at Beaches Chapel by Hardage-Giddens, 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250, on March 4, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
A graveside service will take place at H. Warren Smith Cemetery, 1538 2nd Ave N, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250, on March 4, 2026, at 10:30 am.
A reception with the family will follow at Beaches Chapel.
