He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on December 2, 1993. He graduated from Sandalwood High School where he received his High School Diploma. During his life he had a passion for art, music and skateboarding. At the time of his passing he was a Customer Service Rep for Daily's on San Pablo.
Jarrod is survived his loving mother Michelle Keller, sisters Logan Marie, Amy Potter, Katie Keller and step-father Paul; grand-parents Harold (Mac) and Mary McMurtry and Earl and Mavis Keller; aunts Kathi Kopec, Shannon McMurtry and Kim Keener; uncles Mark and Steve Keller, and Paul Kopec. Father Wesley Bullard, Jarrod's sisters, Kristina and Britteney Jade Bullard, and brother Calen; also a host of great uncles, aunts, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 PM, Monday, February 29, 2016 at Hardage-Giddens Beaches Chapel, 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL.
