Jerry Daniel Heath, 34, passed away August 18, 2011. Born in Harvey, LA, he was a longtime resident of Jacksonville and most recently, Orange Park. Jerry fought a courageous battle against Crohn’s Disease but still enjoyed his hobby as a professional Deejay.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Heath, Jr. and is survived by his mother and step-father, Dorinda and Larry Taylor; daughter, DeAnna Michelle Heath; sisters, April Wrenn and Nicolle Heath; and nieces and nephews, Madison Hensley Kicklighter, Morgan Tensley Kicklighter, Marisa Kensley Kicklighter, Keith Matthew Wrenn, Jr., Neya Dawn Marie Dutcher and Jeremiah Keith Dutcher.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27th in the chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL.
