Julian Alton Hall, is a geriatric services consultant who lives on Lake Winnot in Putnam County, but as he said, “One mile from the Alachua County line is close enough for government work.” He is also a part-time minister, First Reform Church of Chiappini’s, and caregiver for his mother.
