She is survived by her children, Kimberly Sadler (her husband Garry Crews) and Scott Allen Sadler (his wife Dawn), three grandchildren, Corey Sadler, Emily Sadler and Miles Muller and her brothers, Harry Otterbein (his wife Carol) and Fred Otterbein. Kathy was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Henry Muller III.
A celebration of Kathy’s life will be held 2pm Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Resurrection Episcopal Church, 12355 Fort Caroline Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
