Lena “Vicki” Garcia, 84 of Jacksonville, Florida passed away August 19, 2010. Born November 2, 1925 in Miami, Florida the daughter of the late George and Bonnie (Cumbie) Regan. She moved to the Jacksonville area in 2000 from Tampa, Florida after the love of her life for 49 years, Joseph Garcia passed away. She was an active member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. She is survived by her daughter, Simmy Gans and her husband Barry of St. Augustine, Florida; sister, Dorlis Webb of Bonifay, Florida; granddaughter, Stacey Gans Munoz and her husband, Eric of Miami, Florida.
