Lois M. Hart born August 28, 1924 passed away on August 3, 2015 at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Fl.
She is survived by sons Michael, Kenneth, and Adrain (Karole); grand children Kenneth (Kristi), Hillary (Kip), Amber and Brian;
and eight great-grandchildren.
She will be in the hearts of all who knew her forever. Funeral services will be held 12 Noon, Friday, Aug. 7th in the chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL with visitation one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Beaches Memorial Park.
