Marcia had a successful career as a systems analyst and designer with an insurance company and as a naval contractor, she was proud of her accomplishments in her field. She will be remembered for her dedication to education, art, music, film, and theater. Marcia was an avid foodie and loved preparing delicious culinary creations for her family and friends.
Beyond her professional achievements, Marcia's proudest accomplishments were her children, grandchildren, and her love for international travel, especially Paris. She leaves behind her son Lee, a doctor residing in Atlantic Beach, FL, and her son Neal, who resides in Michigan. Marcia was a cherished grandmother to her granddaughters, Summer Kailani, a fifth-grade safety patrol, and Autumn Rose, a talented cheerleader.
Marcia is survived by her son Lee and daughter-in-law Aileen, her son Neal, her granddaughters Summer and Autumn, her sister Gail and brother-in-law George, her sister-in-law Antoinette, her niece Rebecca, and her nephew Gregory. She was preceded in death by her parents Nathan and Regina, and her brother Sid.
Known for her dry sense of humor and theatrical nature, Marcia brought joy and laughter to those who knew her. She had a wit that was unmatched, leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to experience it.
In addition to her professional and personal achievements, Marcia also made a lasting impact on her community through her generous donations to art, theater, and museums. She had a passion for the arts and supported local organizations throughout her life.
Marcia will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched. Her memory will be cherished, and her legacy will continue to inspire others.
