Rae Anne Malloy

She grew up in nearby Cresson.

Rae attended Cresson Joint High School and graduated with the class of 1966. She also graduated from Mount Aloysious College.

On May 17, 1969, Rae married the love of her life Michael Malloy, they were married 47 years. They have two sons Michael and Matthew. They spent the first years of their marriage in Detroit, Michigan where Michael was born. Then moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where Matthew was born. They lived there for 12 years and moved to Jacksonville. She worked for Hasbro Toys for many years and retired in 2015. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining, traveling ,and visiting family.

She is survived by her two sons Michael Malloy(Jenny) of Navarre, Florida and Matthew Malloy(Jennifer) of Oviedo, Florida. Two granddaughters, Julia and Karley Malloy of Navarre, Florida. Her brothers, Henry Eckenrode of Portage, Pennsylvania and Jon Eckenrode of Lynchburg, Virginia . Several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Malloy, her parents Raymond and Edna Eckenrode. Her brother Michael Eckenrode and sister Maria Teresa Eckenrode.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 5-7pm at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home,

1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach FL.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 523 Pablo Ave, Jacksonville Beach on

Monday October 31, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

The committal service will be at the Jacksonville National Cemetery 4083 Lannie Rd Jacksonville FL.

at 2:00 p.m. Lane # 1 on Monday October 31, 2022.
