She was born in New London, Connecticut on October 7, 1958. Tammy Graduated from Fletcher High and received a paralegal degree from Florida Junior College.
She was married to Jimmy Ryan on January 13, 2003.
Tammy had a passion for dogs, horses, snorkeling, and shark teeth hunting.
She was survived by her loving husband, son Nathan Ryan, her brother Jack Bryant, and her niece and family Jacqueline Bryant.
A service will be held on April 13, 2026 at 1:30pm at Hardage Giddens Beaches Chapel, 1701Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. A celebration of life will be held on April 13, 2026 at 2:30pm at RP’s Fine Food and Drink, 1183 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
