Mother Dearest, In a couple of days on our 42 Anniversary is two years that you have been reunited with Father. You are missed so very much, nary a day goes by that I'm not thinking of you. Sorry I did not get a chance to buy you flowers this year for your birthday---I will make sure I get them for Mother's Day in your honor. Well Mother, tomorrow your second youngest will be 60, can you believe it! I often think of what you and Dad taught me and try to live as you would want me to.  Not a day goes by I don't think about you and Dad. We have your pictures hanging in our home, and I look at them often. I love you soooooo much and I don't know if I will ever get use to both you and Dad being gone. I know I am being selfish, you belong with Jesus and Daddy now. I just miss you so. I will be thinking of you on my birthday.  Love you Mom!!!

Mother Dearest, It has been six months since the good lord decided it was time for you to be with him and father. I miss the two of you so very much. I think of you often, in fact every day. She was not only my mother, but my friend as well.  During my teenage years I had some problems and I knew I could always turn to Mom. She was never judgmental or mean,  Mom was always there to give me love, support and advise.  I thank God for giving us a wonderful woman to be our Mom. Mother Dearest, There is so much to say about my loving, caring and understanding Mother. She always put her children and husband before herself. If she had to do without, than so be it. What an a amazing woman she was, a wife, a working mother and raising six children at the same time. She was always there, weather it be help on your home work or if you were in need of a hug of reinsurance that everything will be OK. Mother Dearest, you will be dearly missed.We shall all celebrate your life here on earth and grant you the PEACE you so richly deserve. One time I had been visiting Mom & Pop and we had gone out to eat and later I had told Mom that I had a headache and asked her if she has something I could take. Well she did. She opened the bottle and poured about 25 pills in my hand. I looked at them and asked my Mom if she was trying to tell me something. Momsie had a very good laugh about that.  Pat, Momsies and Pops oldest daughter.

We are so sorry for your loss.  We know she is in a better place but there is an empty place in your family.  I know how that feels.

I am a long time/life tme friend of Debbie Boesen (Vi's Daughter).  I got to meet her once when I drove to Jacksonville with Debbie.  She was a very sweet, gentle  spirited lady.  I remember her with a  big smile on her face.  I know she was well loved by her family and will be missed much.  Jay and  I would like let your family know that we are praying for you all during your time of grief.

To Jody and Tom, I'm so sorry for your loss.  My prayers are with you and the rest of your family.





































I remember Mom working at the El Torro Inn; in fact sometimes I use to help her cook there. She taught me many things useful in my life.  My husband asked me to go steady while eating at that restaurant.  She will be missed so much.  She touched many lives.  I love you Mom.

Vi was my Mother-in-law at one time. My favorite memory of her was Tacos at the restaurant she worked for near Fort Meade.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. During this time of great sadness, I hope that the family find comfort from James 4:8. It says, "Draw close to God, and he will draw close to you." Along with family and friends, may you'll also look to God for comfort.

Momma, you were so much fun!  I will never forget that look in your eye when you got ahold of my purse and emptied it just a gigglin'!

While we never had the opportunity to meet Violet, we've had the opportunity to pray for her on several occasions and we have the blessing of calling her baby girl, Debbie Boesen and her husband Mike, our friends.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family in this time of sorrow.

Tom Myers is my brother, Vi was his mother-in-law.  Living in Maryland I visited her house often in Pasadena.  My children did not have grandparents in the area and Vi adopted them as her grandchildren.  She will be missed.

She was a wonderful Mom and a beautiful lady. I have many happy memories of her.  One of which was in Panama when a frog decided to visit her. Mother will forever be in my heart.
