Bette L. Foss, 88, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in Jacksonville, FL. Bette was born on June 13, 1929 in Flint, Michigan to parents Luella and Albert Nash, brother Donald Louis, and sisters Lovina and Barbara. Bette was predeceased by her daughter, Carla R. Burch, and her grandson, John Burch.
Bette leaves her husband of 48 years, William M. Foss, and her son, Randal N. Scott. She is also survived by her grandchildren Crystal M. Williams, Ashley Burch, Destiny Joy Scott and Daniel J. Scott. She also leaves to cherish her memory several great grandchildren.
