He leaves behind his wife Frances Bradley McLeod of 62 years; sons Clayton (Janice), Jimmy and Wayne (deceased in 2010) and 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
He worked for Prudential for 35 years and loved tennis and BBQ.
A graveside service for Billy will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
