Calvin Ray Kidd

He joined the Navy and became a Boatswain's Mate and was apart of the Navy police. Calvin married Loretta Swihart-Kidd on April 1, 2000. His hobbies and interest included music, collecting lighters, movies, working on computers and wood work.

Calvin is preceded in death by: Raymond Ray Kidd (father), Martha Ellen Hill (mother) and Elaine Kidd (sister).

Survivors: Loretta Swihart-Kidd (wife), daughters: Kellie Michelle Ebersole and Tracy Rae Frey, brother Allen (Dink) Kidd, step daughters: Cecelia Dietz, Catrina Rogers and Crystal Maire and stepson Christopher Swihart, grandchildren: Neil Holgerson, Destiny Jones, Kacy Cook, Holly Cook, Zaiden (ZJ) Frey, James Rogers, Jacob Rogers, Jacqueline Rogers, Melaney Cook and Christopher Swihart Jr, great grandson James Michael Jones.

A visitation for Calvin will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205 followed by an 11:00 AM service. A committal service for Calvin will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
