Charles Samuel Tuten, 65, beloved brother, uncle, cousin and friend passed away on Monday, June 4, 2012 after a sudden illness. He is survived by two brothers, Jim and Tom Tuten, two sisters, Suzanne Sutton and Carolyn Chun, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife Monteen Clair Tuten and his parents Walter and Carol Tuten.
Services are set for Friday, June 8, 2012 with visitation at 10:30 am followed by the funeral service at 11:30 am at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Rd North, Jacksonville, 32225 www.hardage-giddenschapelhills.com. Interment will follow at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens.
