David Mark Adams Jr., 25, of Jacksonville FL. passed away February 14, 2015. He was a vibrant young man that loved to just go with the flow. He spent quality time with family and friends enjoying life to the fullest. David is survived by his daughter Azylne, mother Sharon Adams, father David Adams and Sue Lee, Sister Katrina, brothers Jack and Chase, grandparents John and Alta Adams and Della McHaney. Also he is survived by many Aunts and Uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, who will miss him dearly: He is furthermore survived by numerous friends. He was a soul survivor that will be deeply missed by everyone that truly knew him. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Adair. Gathering for Slideshow memorial 10:30 AM.
