

Eleanor (Zukowski) Blanchart, 80, of Webster, Massachusetts died August 23, 2011 suddenly and peacefully at her home following multiple prolonged illnesses. Her last several months were filled with many ups and downs; however, she was always surrounded by family and friends who dearly loved her and cared for her, and in turn she knew how much she was loved. She was most grateful for being able to enjoy the comforts of her home in her last days and her happiness was evident to all who knew her.
She is predeceased by our beloved father Captain Leonard Blanchart and together
they shared their blessings with the Jacksonville Community. Mom's kindness
extended after dad passed to Wounded Warriors and the HEAL Foundation.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Stacie Fendenheim and Missy Pierce, 5 grandchildren: Len and Danielle Fendenheim and Jason, Justin, and Karen Pierce, and 1 great grandchild, Gabrielle Pierce. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Barbara Pietruszka of Dudley, Massachusetts and Sally Caldwell of Darlington, Maryland.
A memorial service will be held 10 AM, Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Christ the King Catholic Church. Burial will be in Webster, Massachusetts at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorials to L'Arche Harbor House,700 Arlington Road, Jacksonville Florida 32211.
