So very sorry for your loss.  You have an angel in heaven.

I wanted to tell you and your family how sorry I am that your "little brave man" has left this earth.  I can't imagine losing such a sweet little son,  I am sure you are still grieving tremendously, and even though he is not in pain any longer and is with our Lord and Savior, it still hurts.  I am so proud of you in how you have dealt with this sorrow, I don't know that I could have kept it together as well as you have done over the past months. Of course I don't see you when you are alone.  Only those that have lost a little one knows what you and your family are feeling right now.  Please remember that all of your friends and family are just a phone call away.  If you need anything please don't hesitate to call.

Eric was loved by all who met him, and he was wise beyond his years. Taking care of him was a joy and an honor. Your family is in my prayers.

Although I only met Eric through the eyes & heart of his loving family. I only listened to the stories of this awesome little guy but I do know that his strength, kindness and smile would light up a room. I know that he was loved by all and I have truly been blessed by being a small part of his life.   May God Bless you all at this time.

To know Eric, was to love Eric. He was such a ray of sunshine in our lives. He impacted so many, in such a short period of time! I would look forward to seeing him each morning and wondering what "super hero" cape or outfit he was going to have on. I loved to rub his little downy head, while he snuggled right up. He gave us all hope, and taught us strength in the face of his terrible disease. He had the kindest, sweetest spirit and you could not help but love him. He appreciated the little things, like adding ice to his Gatoraide. I will truly miss him and I will always hear him say "I'm ready!". You were truly an angel from God, Eric.
