Eva Bettina Blake, 54, of Jacksonville passed away on August 29, 2013. She is survived by her husband Adam Fernandez, sons, Shawn Blake (Nichoel) and David Candelaria (Valerie), grandchildren, Phoebe Eva Candelaria, Phiona Bettina Candelaria, Phoenix Rose Candelaria, and Skyler Nichoel Todd. She enjoyed spending time with her family and favorite dog named Spud Bud. Eva’s hobbies included gardening, knitting, walking, swimming, watching movies and writing children’s books. She will be remembered for her kind heart, determining spirit, and the love she had for her family.
