Ray is proceed in death by his father William Thomas Joiner, brother George Joiner.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 29 years Cindy Joiner. Three daughters Melissa Weldon(John), Chasity Greenwood(Shane) and Crystal Nelson(Amanda), two brothers Wayne Joiner(Nickie), Leon Joiner(Tammy). He also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
Ray was a truck driver for most of his life and traveled the United States doing what he loved to do. Ray Joiner was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason and he was a member of Temple Lodge # 23 Free and Accepted Masons.
Ray loved his family and always had an open door policy. He always welcomed everyone into his home at anytime. He was a die hard nascar and Miami dolphins fan.
Memorial services for Ray Joiner are scheduled for June 11th at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Funeral Home & Riverside Memorial Park on Normandy Blvd. Viewing will be from 9:00 am to 10:00am followed by services and burial.
