

Frank graduated from John Bartram High School in 1966. Shortly after graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army in 1967 and served three years in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged in 1973.
He was united in marriage to Diane Marie Spicer in 1970, and they shared 45 happy years together before her passing in 2016.
He was an entrepreneur who owned and ran his businesses for over 45 years which helped him enjoy the finer things in life. He was an avid fisherman, loved cars especially classics, traveling, music and spending time with his family. He had a heart of gold and always found the time to share nuggets of wisdom with all he came in contact with.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Diane Spicer, and his brothers Leslie and Edward Spicer.
He is survived by his son Christopher James (Crissy) Spicer, daughter Stacey Marie (Troy) Youse, sister Joanne (Tom) Hudson, grandchildren Mason, Nicholas, Logan and Elizabeth.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St. Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville. A celebration of life will follow immediately at 12:00 p.m., with a graveside service thereafter.
