Frank H. Umble, 93, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born August 1, 1924 to Ira and Beulah Umble in Gap, PA. Frank served in the United States Navy for 30 years. He retired as an AQCS at Cecil Field in Jacksonville, FL. Frank is preceded in death by his first wife of 41 years Opal L. Umble and his second wife of 20 years Betty L. Umble. He is survived by his daughters Terry Umble, Regina Greenwood, Julie Box, son-in-law Steven Plotkin, grandchildren Jeremy, Jason, Spencer and great-granddaughter Jolene. Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home is serving the family. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 5:00-7:00pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will be on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 2:00pm at Lakeshore Presbyterian Church, 2270 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32210.
