Hazel E. Moore, 84, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in Orange Park, FL. She was born July 2, 1932 to Robert and Eugenia Hubbard in Waycross, GA. Hazel loved to cook and was especially fond of her Irish music as well as country music. She was a beautician and her favorite television show was Hee-Haw. Hazel is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years Robert J. Moore Sr. and son William Phillip Moore. She is survived by her children, oldest son John W. Moore (Myra), Robert J. Moore Jr., (Jovie), daughter Donna M. Lorenz (Fred), sister Jeanette Groover, 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 1:00-2:00pm at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Funeral services to begin at 2:00pm with interment at Riverside Memorial Park.
