Henry “Buddy” Mann V passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born November 28, 1939 to Henry and Marie Mann IV in Jacksonville, FL. Buddy loved to fish and spend time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carolyn, 2 sons Hank Mann, Jason Mann, 3 sisters Sharon, Kathy, Rubye, 3 grandchildren Corey, Danielle, Kyle, 2 great-grandchildren Ashlyn and Elizabeth. A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 5-7pm at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 10am with interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
