Irvin C. Pfister, 66, passed away February 14, 2012 surrounded by his family at his home. He was born June 29, 1945 in Tampa FL. A longtime resident of Jacksonville he retired as Lieutenant after 39 years from the Jacksonville Fire Department, Station 49.
Family members include his wife of 29 years Sharon, daughter Kimberly (Erik) Bradley, mother Ouida May Pfister, brother Jimmy (Cindy) Pfister, sister Susan (Robert) Darlington, grandchildren Erika and Gavan Bradley and niece Sharon
Darlington all of Jacksonville. He is predeceased by his father George Carter Pfister and twin brother Dervin Pfister.
A visitation will be held from 11-1pm, Friday February 17, 2012 at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home 850 St. Johns Bluff Rd. N. Funeral services will follow in the Chapel at 1pm with interment following at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens.
