Jeffrey Alan Elmore, age 64, of Jacksonville Florida, passed away on August 6, 2016.
Jeffrey was born in Bethesda Maryland on January 20, 1952.
Jeff married the love of his life, Christine on July 24, 1976; they were married for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife Christine, their son Joshua Elmore and his wife Angela; his daughter Mariah Kelsay and her husband Jesse, and their two children Katherine and Thomas.
