Jo Ann Lee Hamlin age 78, passed away on Wednesday September 1, 2010. She was a member of the Eastern Star and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Robert Hamlin and a granddaughter Christy Lawton. She is survived by her daughters Debra Allen (Ricky) and Kathy Miller. Four grand daughters Yvette Tison (Carl), Janelle Mangum, Danelle Wood, and Melissa Davenport (Dale) and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2010, at Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm Interment will be at Riverside Memorial Park on Normandy Boulevard.
