Joey was born February 11 1988 in Orange Park, Florida. He spent his childhood enjoying baseball, bowling, rollerblading, leggos, model cars and family gatherings.
As a man, he enjoyed fishing, music, movies, crime-detective stories, the ocean, barbecues, hot sauce, laughter and hugs. He was compassionate to the suffering of others, even strangers. He in fact put himself in peril to help others on a few occasions. He was a protector. He was a jokester and prankster. He would often offer up a silly joke or play a prank to help alleviate stress and tension. Through his comedic acts he provided insight and perspective.
He was a proud and respected member of the UPS family as a hazmat responder. He was knowledgeable and proficient in his duties and a friend to his colleagues.
He is survived by his mother Pamela Hill-Williams and Step-Father Bill Williams, fiancee Katie Dean, siblings Billy, Janice and Cole Jefferson, niece Tabitha Jefferson and nephew Isaac Farmer, sister-in-law Emily Geiger and brother-in-law Dave Fountain.
He is preceeded by his father George Jefferson III, maternal grandparents William and Janice Evitt and paternal grandparents George II and Martha Jefferson and his beloved dog Rose.
