Moses, Joseph “Joe” E. Sr., 74 of Jacksonville, passed away on October 16, 2011. Joseph is preceded by his parents Marcus and Sarah Moss Moses; sons; Joe E. Moses, Otis Moses and Bobby Moses; brother; Buddy Moses. Joseph is survived by his ex-wife and soul-mate Betty Peeples; son Joe Moses III; daughters Martha Saling, Wanda Janko, Jeanie Richardson and Christina Goad; brother Tommy Moses; sisters Estelle Cole and Betty Sadler; 18 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Joseph will be remembered for his love of family, friends, naps, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Hardage-Giddens Town and Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida 32205. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 2:00 PM
