He was born January 30, 1957 to Rayburn L. and Carolyn Adkins Sr. in Jacksonville, FL.
Rayburn loved going to the beach and playing songs on his guitar to his daughter.
He is preceded in death by his father Rayburn L. Adkins Sr., one son Michael Leslie,
one sister Debra, one brother Kenneth and one nephew Nicholas.
Rayburn is survived by his mother Carolyn, one daughter Teresa, one sister Karen,
one brother Matt, 5 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews as well as their children.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country
Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205 beginning at 2:00pm. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
