She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Forrest G. Guthrie (SAIC U.S. Secret Service, retired) and daughter, Jill Marie Buser (Steve). She leaves four children; son Lane Guthrie (Sally) of Greenville, SC, daughters; Karen Albury (William) of Alexander City, AL; Brenda Guthrie of Tallahassee, FL and son Kent Guthrie of Jacksonville, FL. In addition, she had eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She loved music, creative writing, and she was an accomplished artist.
