She was born November 30, 1944 to Luther and Vara Bateman in Jacksonville, FL.
Martha loved spending time with her family, gardening flowers and going to coin shows with her best friend.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Mary Parrish (Allen).
Martha is survived by the love of her life, Tim Woodlief, brother Richard (Joyce) Bateman, numerous nieces and nephews as well as grandnieces and nephews.
A visitation for friends will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 6-8pm at Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 11am at Riverside Memorial Park.
