Matthew Dean Mundy, age 21, passed away May 4, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. Matthew was born on June 6, 1995 in Elko, Nevada. He enjoyed many different varieties of music. Matthew was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, and cousin who will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.
Matthew is survived by his mother Evelyn Mundy; father Khristopher Mundy; sisters Amber Holley and Shelby White; brothers Nicholas Holley and Steven Mundy; grandmother Latrelle Johnson; grandfather Warren Johnson; grandfather Dean Mundy; aunt Lisa Gilberstadt (Huson); uncles Chesley Simmons and Adam Simmons; nephew Khristopher Holley; and many cousins.
Services will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 12:00pm at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Boulevard. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service beginning at 11:00am.
