She was a real firecracker she taught me a lot about life at a young age on my visits to Florida I will always remember her sincerely John Murby

Maxine lived just up the street from Faith Memorial Baptist Church, she has been our neighbor and friend for many years. Often I would find a large box of groceries at the door of the church office, and knew that Maxine had been there. She was always helping, and thinking of others. We were able to assist a lot of families with her donations. There were many times she would come by the office to visit and talk. Most every Sunday morning in the past many years she would be sitting on the back row for service. That is when she wasn't traveling, she made some great trips. We will miss her smile, her positive attitude, and her presence. Prayers and condolences to her family in the loss of their mother and grandmother.

Maxine was a very special lady. Always a smile when ever we'd see her. She was  always at the Thomas Family Reunions .  She enjoyed those so much. I would run into her sometimes while out and have a nice chat. She loved her family very much. She was an avid square dancer.  She danced in most states of the U. S.  including Alaska. I am sure she will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

I will miss you more than you will ever know, I love you

I will fondly remember Maxine as an accomplished dancer at square dances. She seemed to know all the steps and was able to dance even when her eyesight was failing her. My condolences to her family for their loss. Know that she will be missed by others also.
