Kathy married Thomas L. Sapp on October 3, 1961. She was a homemaker and was a member of Temple Baptist Church. Kathy enjoyed fishing, camping, and crocheting. She collected chickens and rooster nick knacks. She enjoyed old western movies and reading the Bible. She also enjoyed listening to bluegrass gospel music.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one daughter, Tammy E. Sapp; two brothers, Cecil Harvey and Wilbur Harvey; and one sister, Dale Lambeth.
Kathy is survived by three sons, Jim Medrano, Thomas L. Sapp II., and Edward Sapp; two daughters/granddaughters, Mary K. Sapp and Rhonda Tutwilder; three sisters, Maise Baggs, Martha Lloyd, and Cheryl Bland; two brothers, Jack Harvey and Richard Harvey; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 3pm at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
