Nathan Alan Neal Sr. was born on December 27, 1950 and passed away on June 1, 2025 at the age of 74. He was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl. He prided himself on his military career where he spent 3 years in the Marine Corps and 10 years in the Navy as a physical therapist technician. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and his cat he swore he didn't want.
He was preceded in death by his father Samuel Neal Jr., mother Mary Neal, and sister Karen Crawford.
Nathan is survived by his three loving children Chrissy (Lee) Ramos, Nathan Alan Neal Jr., and Rachael Neal. As well as his beloved grandchildren Cierra Russo, Andon Russo, Talan Ramos, Asher Ramos, Axl Ramos, Sayler Ramos, Finn Neal, and Eli Neal, and his sisters Nancy (Owen) Raulerson and Terri (Cokey) Seckner.
A visitation for Nathan will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205 with a funeral service following from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The committal service will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
