Pamela M. Buhr, 54, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 in Jacksonville, FL after a long and courageous fight against ovarian cancer. She was born November 29, 1959 to Vernon and Betty Masters in Jacksonville, FL. Pam loved her family dearly and spent much of her free time with them, entertaining at the house and by the pool, and especially loved spending time with her grandson. She also loved scrapbooking, travelling on vacation, such as snow skiing and cruises. Pam is preceded in death by her father Vernon Masters. She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Ronnie Buhr, son Daniel Hancock (Kiersten Tiley), mother Betty Masters, stepson Dillon Buhr, two brothers Bruce Masters, Lamar Masters (Debby), one sister Lynn King (Michael), one grandson Easton Colt Hancock, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Flowers or a donation in honor of Pam to the American Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated. Arrangements are under the care of Hardage-Giddens Town & Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. A visitation for family and friends will be held in the chapel on Friday, February 7, 2014 from 6:00-8:00pm. Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 11:00am in Riverside Memorial Park.
