Peggy Joyce Ingram, 85, went home to be with the Lord on February 01, 2018. Born in Madison, Alabama on December 22, 1932 to Litzy and Una Stewart, she graduated from Butler High School in Huntsville, Alabama.
She married the love of her life, L.T. Ingram on May 31, 1954. L.T. was her best friend. She was hopelessly devoted and committed to him for 38 years. Together they had 5 children; Brenda, Kenneth, Donald, Charolette and Harry. Peggy was active in her church, enjoyed raising her children, sewing, quilting and working assorted puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her husband and son, Donald. Survivors include Brenda McIntyre (Rob – deceased), Kenneth (Martha), Charlolette Carruthers (Clete) and Harry (Marianne); many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, 3 sisters and 1 brother.
In lieu of flowers, Peggy and her late husband were avid supporters of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, February 07, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, 850 St. Johns Bluff Road N. Jacksonville, FL 32225.
