Rachelle was a unique and complex individual who enjoyed cooking, creative writing, and music. From a young age, she developed her faith and an appreciation for music through her many years at Woodland Acres Community Church, a non-denominational congregation that played a significant role in her life.
She is preceded in death by Wayne Felmet, her husband of 50 years. She is survived by her sister, Fran Bloomfield, her children Marsha Kilborn (nee Longino), Steven Longino, and Michael Buss, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service for Rachelle will be held Friday, January 31, 2025 at 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Arlington Park Cemetery, 6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211.
