Rick was a terrific husband, father, Grandfather and friend. Everyone who knew him loved him. Rick you will always be remembered But Never Forgotten. He would give the shirt off his back to any one and always make you laugh. Ricky was really a wonderful man. His legacy will live on through his 6 children; Julie Ann Milburn-Johnson, Shawn (Dana) Baumgardner, Amber Fleeman, Ricky Baumgardner, Jr., Candace (Christopher) Manasco, Brandi Fleeman
and his 20 Grandchildren! He also has 4 sisters; Cathy Wood, Georgie Rudisille, Kelly Hawkins and Connie Sue Fleeman and 1 surviving brother, Mark (Tina) Guiney.
