Roger Cubbage

A retired executive of CSX Railroad, Roger was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Martha.

He was also preceded in death by his parents Earl and Nell Cubbage, his brother Joe Frank and his daughter Debbie.

Left to cherish his memory are children Bill, Theresa, Jane (Greg Fanelli), Tommy (Martha) and Cathy (Scott Fisher), brothers Donald and Mike, sister Mary Sue and brother-in-law Tom Bennett. He also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at HarborChase Jacksonville for the excellent care they gave Dad.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent to the Tom Caughlin Jay Fund, The Alzheimer’s Foundation or your charity of choice.

A visitation for William will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in his honor on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 10472 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32246. A committal ceremony will immediately follow Mass on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225.
