

Ruth was born on December 26, 1943 in Portland, ME. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth Donahue. She graduated from Watertown High School in Connecticut.
Ruth was a property manager for Three Seasons Mobile Home Park and a Sprint Long Distance Operator. After retiring, she volunteered at Saint Vincent’s Hospital and Club 55. Ruth was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church for 35 years and a Eucharistic Minister.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her favorite hobby as Diamond Dots and spending time with her loving dog Abbey.
She leaves behind three sons and a daughter; Richard J. Ebreo, Jr. (Linda), Lisa M. (Ebreo) Phillips (Kevin, deceased), John R. Ebreo (Jamie) and Chris T. Ebreo, Jr. (Ginger); siblings, Beverly Monterosso, Sharon Grant, Margaret Zembko and in-laws Eda, Nanice, Michael and Russ; grandchildren, David (Deceased), Cody (Tawnee), Sean (Deceased), Jessica and Chris, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Britney, Evan, Cameron, Kendall, Ben, Gage, Greyson, Harper, and Shawn; also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
For an Expression of Sympathy memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul’s Catholic Church and School Riverside and Community Hospice.
A visitation for Ruth will be held Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A celebration of life will occur Friday, August 2, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Paul Catholic Church & School Riverside, 2609 Park St, Jacksonville, FL 32204. A committal will occur Friday, August 2, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at External Service Location, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
