

Scott Vincent Lewis was born on August 21, 1962 by Ida May Riffelback, and Calvin Earl Lewis in Middletown, NY where he spent his younger years, and where he also graduated highschool at Minisink Valley highschool. After he graduated highschool in August 1981, he joined the United States Navy with his job being an aircraft mechanic, he is a Gulf War veteran, he was stationed in many places throughout the course of his military career. He retired after 22 years with an honorable discharge.
After his retirement he worked in many places (such as): Tyonek Services Group, Snap-On Tools, he also worked at Automatch USA (just to name a few). When his sons Justin and James were young, he loved being the Boy Scout/ Cub Scout leader. In his spare time he took the boys out and went all over the place. And he loves being with the whole family most of the time.
He passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 22, 2021, at Kindred Hospital. He was surrounded by the medical teams and family in his final days and in his final moments his family were right beside him holding his hands.
Scott is survived by his wife and two sons: Leonilda Locquiao (Wife, 21 years), James Lewis (Son), and Justin Lewis (Son); his sister: Barbara; and nieces: Stef, and Kris.
A memorial viewing will be held on July 1, 2021 at 5pm to 9pm. Location: Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida 32205.
The mass service will be held on July 2, 2021 at 12pm. Location: Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 8523 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida 32221.
The burial will be held after the mass on July 2, 2021 at 2pm. Location: Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
